SCdM Profile

SCdM – University degree "magna cum laude" in Business Management at Bocconi University and a Master in Business Administration at INSEAD (Fontainebleau) – is professor and advisor in business economics and finance and has developed a deep knowledge and distinctive skills in Investment Analysis and Management, Financial Planning, Business and Strategic Planning, Corporate Governance, Family Business and Family Office Management at professional and academic levels.
Senior Advisor in charge of strategic and financial planning at Kuros Associates, a private investment office based in London managing activities for family offices and investment funds.

Since 2013, SCdM part time professor at the Business Administration Department of the University of Florence teaching courses for Master programs and visting professor at other Italian and International universities and business school.
From 1995 and 2010, SCdM had been full time professor at the Business Administration Department of the University of Florence teaching courses for Laurea and Master programs in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, International Management.
From 2010 to 2013, SCdM had been the academic director of European School of Economics.
SCdM is author of many researches and publications on strategic finance, investment management, strategic and financial analysis, value planning and assessment, international management, corporate development and competitiveness.

SCdM is advisor and consultant for some Italian industrial companies regarding the strategic development, the corporate governance an the strategic finance activities (venture capital, financial restructuring, private equity, corporate valuation, strategic and financial planning) and consultant of the major Italian banks for projects in the areas of corporate finance, private baking and asset management.
SCdM has also been director and chairman of some Italian medium large companies in publishing, agroindustry and waste management industries.

SCdM has been the founder and the chairman of AIMBA, the Association representing the professional interests of MBAs which is registered at the Official Register of Professional Association. SCdM is also the author of the first Deontological Code for the managers which is the Code adopted by the Italian Register of Professionals in Business Management.
ScdM is the president of the Scientific Committe of AIFO, the Association of Italian Family Officers and is one of the speakers and lecturers for the International conferences on family office activities.
